ASPIRE to Lead aims to equip Consultant Vascular Surgeons with an understanding of key concepts and theories in Leadership & Management and the necessary skills required to become a great leader.

This is a 3-day course with the first 2-days being held in Coombe Abbey, Warwickshire on the 15th / 16th September 2025 and the third day on the 25th Nov 2025 in Hull.

The course is free to attend and accommodation will be provided for free in September, with the support of Shockwave Medical
