Annual General Meeting
The Society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held annually, usually on the Wednesday of the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM).
The Vascular Society AGM is chaired by either the Honorary Secretary or the President.
- The AGM is quorate if 10% of the Society's full members are present.
- Voting on resolutions is by a show of hands.
- If there is uncertainty regarding a vote a poll can be demanded by the chairman.
