Vascular Society Statement on Ukraine

The Society has observed with increasing concern the humanitarian crisis which has been developing in Ukraine. As a society we stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and with those Vascular Society members who have friends or family impacted by the ongoing conflict as well as our Vascular Surgical colleagues in Ukraine who will be directly affected. Many colleagues work closely with members of the Ukrainian community in the UK and Ireland and are offering practical support where able. We appeal to members to consider donating to the Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal and welcome suggestions from members as to how we might assist those affected by the current situation there.
