Workforce Survey – Time is running out

The workforce survey 2020 is still live. If you haven’t yet completed it, please do so. This survey will help us understand the issues our membership face. The more responses we get, the more powerful the message.  

This survey is really important to help us in our discussion with NHS England and other bodies. We need a clear picture of the problems you face around recruitment and retention. Understanding the gaps in our workforce and the stresses you are dealing with on a day to day basis will help us to better to identify how we can support you, as well as informing our discussions with the governing bodies. 

A number of you have completed the survey so thank-you. It is already very revealing, but we need more numbers. If you haven’t already done so, ​PLEASE complete the survey now.
