The Women in ENT Surgery’s (WENTS) Foundation in Leadership Course aims to inspire and empower women in ENT to undertake leadership roles at all stages throughout their surgical career. This interactive one-day course will enable participants to:

• Understand and develop their personal leadership style
• Navigate difficult conversations, conflict, and negotiation
• Explore differences in leadership approaches and styles
• Use mentoring and coaching as effective leadership tools

The course also offers a valuable opportunity to connect with junior and senior colleagues, build professional networks, and create a personalised leadership development plan.
