ASPIRE EVAR Masterclass
NEW for 2026
The ASPIRE EVAR Masterclass is an intensive, practical one-day course designed to develop confidence in endovascular aneurysm repair planning, device selection and deployment.
Led by experienced vascular faculty, the course combines consultant strategy talks, small-group workshops and case-based discussion. Key topics include proximal neck assessment, seal and fixation, sizing, access strategy, hostile anatomy, iliac preservation and the prevention of early and late EVAR failure.
Limited to 24 delegates, participants rotate through six platforms, gaining hands-on experience in planning and deployment across a range of devices and techniques. Small groups allow delegates to alternate between planning and deployment, with direct faculty feedback and discussion of technical pitfalls and bailout strategies.
The course concludes with an interactive faculty discussion, What I Wish I Knew Before My First EVAR, sharing practical lessons to support sound clinical judgement and safer practice.

Delegate Terms and Conditions
1. The course is free to attend, and places can be secured using a deposit of £100 payable on registration.
2. Deposits will be refunded on attendance, and will be received within one week following the event.
3. Cancellations will be accepted four weeks’ prior to the event, and must be in writing to: kajisritharan@yahoo.co.uk and asm@vascularsociety.org.uk.
4. If registrants do not cancel four weeks’ prior to the event, or fail to attend, the deposit will not be refunded.
