The 3-day programme is aimed for Consultant Vascular Surgeons considering or in leadership or NHS management roles or senior trainees (ST8/Post CCT) preparing for consultant jobs/interested in future leadership/management roles. This year, ASPIRE to Lead will be held in the beautiful surroundings of St Catherine's College, University of Oxford and will include topics ranging from leadership styles, NHS finance structures and imposter syndrome to building high performance teams and healthcare innovation.\n\nThis interactive course is designed to inspire clinical leaders and will give attendees a broad foundation and increase their confidence in leadership roles.
